Watsonville: There are currently a total of 37 cameras installed for a population smaller than the City of Santa Cruz. Watsonville Council approved adding an additional 17 to the prior 20 cameras at the September 2025 Council meeting. Some of them are located at:

Clustered around the Pajaro River at Porter Drive and San Juan Road
Landis and Freedom; Airport and Freedom Blvd.

Capitola: There are 9 cameras within Capitola city limits on the DeFlock.me map as of 3/29/26. Capitola leases 10 cameras according to their contract, so one is still not on the map. (Readers, please update us if you find others!)
Note: Home Depot has a separate agreement with Flock on their own, with a staggering three Flock cameras just in the their parking lot. The Home Depot cameras do not count towards the Capitola total and are technically on private property in Soquel; they are not government-administered (Home Depot does this nationwide and is another entity to keep an eye on).
Two on 38th in Capitola (near the train tracks and at Brommer)

Bay Ave (near Highway 1 offramp)
41st Ave by the 76 Station near intersection with Gross Rd.

Santa Cruz:
We have successfully gotten Flock out of the City of Santa Cruz! All cameras in city limits are down as of March 13th, 2026.
To find Flock's cameras in your own community, see the crowd-sourced map at DeFlock.Me, which does not include every camera location. Add any additional Flock cameras you are aware of. Thanks to all those who have been reporting Flock cameras and helping complete the map!
